By placing an order with our store, you agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of Products
All floral arrangements are handcrafted and made to order using fresh, perishable flowers.
Due to seasonal and market availability, substitutions may be necessary. We reserve the right to substitute flowers, containers, or materials of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design, theme, and color palette.
Minor variations in size, bloom stage, and color are natural and not considered defects.
2. FINAL SALE POLICY (Perishable Goods)
All floral arrangements are FINAL SALE.
We do not accept:

Returns

Exchanges
-
Refunds
Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our products.
3. Issue Resolution Policy
If your arrangement arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

You must include:

Description of issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Failure to notify us within 24 hours voids any review consideration.
All concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved resolutions may include store credit or partial replacement at our discretion.
4. Same-Day Delivery Policy

Orders placed for local delivery are processed the same day.

Deliveries will be completed no later than 8:00 PM.
If a guaranteed earlier delivery time is required, an additional delivery fee will apply.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate delivery information

Ensuring recipient availability

Providing gate codes, apartment numbers, or access instructions
If incorrect information is provided:

We are not responsible for failed delivery.

Redelivery may require an additional fee.
If no one is available, the arrangement may be left in a safe location at the driverβs discretion. Once delivery is completed, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree that:

You authorize the transaction.

You understand all sales are final.

You agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback.
We maintain delivery confirmation, timestamp records, and photographic proof when applicable.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation.
7. Event & Large Order Policy
For event, wedding, or bulk floral orders:

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Custom event florals are final sale once materials are ordered.
8. Flower Care & Lifespan
Flowers are natural and perishable. Lifespan varies depending on:

Temperature

Handling

Water changes
-
Environmental conditions
We are not responsible for reduced lifespan due to improper care after delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages

Allergic reactions

Delivery delays due to weather or traffic

Recipient mishandling
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
